inernet

i was able to put windows vista on my pc and everything (most) of it was fine but then i was able get online and them some times not. then after a while its takes ages for it load up a page. but my internet connection is fine and there is nothing wrong with it? and i got two pcs, so the other is work well with the internet and the other doesnt.

A good starting point would be to determine what's different about the PC on which you have access and the one on which you don't have access. We can't tell that from here.
